Conditions of Use
The use of related information and data, including images is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the iPhoneMiLiSG.com.
Return/Exchange Policy
iPhoneMiLiSG.com provides a 14 days one-to-one return/exchange for manufacturing defects.
If there are any manufacturing defects, please send us an email describing the defect conditions within 14 days of receipt of items. The buyer will have to ship the item back to us. If the item is found to have no defect, a restocking fee of 10% of the selling price of the product will be levied. For all return or exchanges, we regret that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.
Limited Warranty
iPhoneMiLiSG.com provides a 1 year limited warranty to MiLi Power Packs under normal usage conditions. All other products will be covered by the product warranty offered by the manufacturer. In the event that the product is confirmed to be defective by iPhoneMiLiSG.com, or the manufacturer, iPhoneMiLiSG.com will either replace the product or provide servicing at no additional cost. However, buyer will have to pay for the shipping back to iPhoneMiLiSG.com. This warranty is void if the product is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse or modification of any kind. All refunds and exchanges are subjected to the approval of iPhoneMiLiSG.com.
Limited Liability
- iPhoneMiLiSG.com is not liable for any loss of any business, profit, savings, economic loss, property or damage of any kind resulting from the purchase of any items from iPhoneMiLiSG.com. The customer assume the full cost of any damage resulting from the use of products/interaction, or failure to interact with any products or software by iPhoneMiLiSG.com.
iPhoneMiLiSG.com is not liable for any damages whatsoever, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. No information obtained by you from iPhoneMiLiSG.com will create any warranty or condition not expressly stated in these terms. While iPhoneMiLiSG.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in providing information, we do not guarantee the completeness and accuracy of all related information found on iPhoneMiLiSG.com.

Fraud Prevention
To minimize the possibility of fraud cases, we require all mailing address for the products to be same as that specified in the paypal accounts. In the event that the addresses are different, iPhoneMiLiSG.com will reject the order and refund the customer.
To proceed with the purchase, the customer can change the paypal address to that of the mailing address and submit the order again. We understand that this may cause inconvenience to some of our customers and we seek your kind understanding on this.
Information Errors
In the event there is any typographical errors, price error, or adjustment in prices, we reserve the right to decline/reject the transaction. If payment has already been made, we will offer a full refund. The customer is welcome to start a new transaction once the correct information has been communicated.
