Do you accept other modes of payment?

We regret that we are only able to accept PayPal and Western Union for the time being. We may extend to other modes of payment in future.


What is the your shipping method?

We ship by Registered Airmail.

Yes. We ship to all countries


How much is the shipping fees?

Shipping fees depend on the size and weight of the items. We only charge a small nominal amount to cover our shipping expenses.


How long is the processing time before my items get shipped?

Usually, we process and ship within 2-3 business days when you order and paid via Paypal. In the event of public holidays and weekends, it may take up to 4 business days as the post office is closed. In the rare circumstances of further delay (we have not encounter any yet), we will keep you informed through your email.


How long does it take from the time you shipped to the time I receive the item?

It depends on a lot of factors such as flight time, custom clearance, your local post office delivery etc. In general you can expect to take 6-14 business days for United States and Canada, 5-11 business days for Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, 7-15 business days for United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland, and 10-25 business days for Italy and Brazil. For all other countries, it may take around 7-20 business days.


Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?

We may decide to package your items separately due to weight, size concerns or some products out of stock. If you need more information, please email us. We will be pleased to help.


Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

We will issue a tracking number free of charge.


My tracking number is not working, what should I do?

Do I need to pay for Import Taxes?

We will try to minimize your import taxes by stating your orders as gift or of small value. Hence, the possibility to have import taxes levied on your orders is very small. However, iPhoneMiLiSG.com is not responsible for any import taxes.


What will happen if my items are confiscated by the Customs?

We strongly encourage that you find out about your import policy of your residence country before you purchase. Some products may require special licenses or permits to import. Although the possibility is very low, we are not responsible if the items are confiscated by the local Customs.

What is your return policy?

iPhoneMiLiSG.com provides a 14 days one-to-one return/exchange for manufacturing defects. If there are any manufacturing defects, please email us with the description of the defect conditions within 14 days of receipt of items. The buyer will have to ship the item back to us. If the item is found to have no defect, a restocking fee of 10% of the selling price of the product will be levied. For all return or exchanges, we regret that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.


Can you refund the return shipping cost for defective products?

We regret to tell you that shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. However, if you send the item back to us, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you without charge. We will do our best to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.


How can I receive the refund?

In the event of any refund, it will be done through PayPal, we'll refund your payment to your PayPal, refund will be process in 1-3 business days when the case is clear, and you will received a PayPal confirmation email.


What is your warranty policy?

iPhoneMiLiSG.com provides a 1 year limited warranty to MiLi Power Packs under normal usage conditions. All other products will be covered by the product warranty offered by the manufacturer. In the event that the product is confirmed to be defective by iPhoneMiLiSG.com, or the manufacturer, iPhoneMiLiSG.com will either replace the product or provide servicing at no additional cost. However, buyer will have to pay for the shipping back to iPhoneMiLiSG.com. This warranty is void if the product is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse or modification of any kind. All refunds and exchanges are subjected to the approval of iPhoneMiLiSG.com.


Why didn't I get any response for my queries and emails?

We strive to achieve a response turnaround time of not more than 48 hours. In the event of any difficult query when we need to confirm with our suppliers, we will keep you updated about the status of your question. If you emailed to us and did not receive any reply after 48 hours, you may like to check your reply emails settings. Certain settings may result in our replies being rejected. Alternatively, you may like to contact us using free email providers like Gmail, Yahoo etc to ensure that our replies will reach you.
